In celebration of Native American Heritage Month, First Nations artist Alanah Astehtsi Otsistohkwa Jewell (Morning Star Designs) designed this month’s sticker pack with Instagram’s @design, Messenger from Meta, and Messenger Kids.
On her mission as an artist, Alanah Jewell said, “My mission is to encourage people to go back to their traditional ways, and to modernize what that means to them. So, go back, learn your culture, learn where you’re from, learn who your people are, where your community is, and apply that to your life and use those teachings and that understanding and that learning to be able to fuel you in your career and your hobby and your passions.”
